Child's Backpack - Blue Patchwork

Adorable and versatile backpack for a girl or a boy, featuring a cotton linen canvas fabric with the print of patchwork-like patterns. The yellow trim is 100% cotton. The backpack opening closes with a cotton drawstring tie.

The backpack is just the right size for preschool or kindy, at 19 cm (7.5") wide x 28 cm (11") high x 13 cm (5") deep. Each strap is adjustable from about 25cm to 50cm (to suit children approximately from 2 to 5).

The backpack is my own design, and I have handmade the backpack from start to finish. The backpack comes with a "Piggledee" tag that says "handmade in Australia."

Attention to the smallest detail is what makes this backpack truly special:

- The pocket is fully lined.
- There is a loop at the back of the bag so you can hang the backpack.
- The inside seams are encased in red bias binding, so it looks beautiful inside as well as outside.

This backpack is very comfortable to wear. Not only is it soft and lightweight, natural fabric like cotton and linen feels good against a child's body - a better alternative to hard, plastic feel of most commercial backpacks.

Care - Machine wash in cold water and line dry for best results.
